Offering in-house meat processing, we take great pride in keeping our on-site facility spic and span. Skinning & processing for a gator can be a lengthy process, but we can guarantee that our experienced team of skinners will have your meat packaged up and ready to go in a timely fashion.

WHAT TO EXPECT: THE PROCESS

Post-Hunt Arrival

Following your gator hunt, your guide will bring you to our on-site processing facility and go over the list of options regarding taxidermy work.

Tagging & Overnight

Your gator will be tagged accordingly noting what you would like to have done. Gators have a ton of nerves so it will sit in our walk-in cooler overnight.

Skinning & Processing

The following morning your gator is skinned and prepped for whatever type of taxidermy work you choose. Our experienced team works quickly and professionally.

Meat Packaging

Your meat is cubed and packed into vacuum-sealed bags. Ribs and bulk meat are also packaged. 'Cubed meat' is like backstrap from a deer — the most prized cut.
